Development finance remains available for both residential and commercial development projects within UK and Scotland.

We have lenders with funding solutions for new build projects, redevelopments, smaller conversions, major renovation works or just general refurbishments.

Some lenders would finance up to 100% of the build cost and 70% of end values (GDV) dependent upon the nature of each project.

Lending Criteria

Borrower:

  • Experienced contractor engaged in development works
  • Previous work experience in development.
  • Clear exit strategy (Pre-Let Contract, Rentals or Sale)
